The staff was great and very helpful. Camilo took good care of us and helped resolve issues. The coffee farm tour experience was wonderful. The views from the house are incredible. The food and service was also good. The staff was attentive. We would love to come back again.

The rural location of this hotel provided a great escape from the city with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice amenities. Service was friendly and attentive with a delicious breakfast. the horse riding and coffee farm tour were unique experiences.
The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, making communication difficult.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff, who were very helpful and attentive, the delicious food prepared by the professional chef, and the stunning views from the hotel. We also enjoyed the horse-riding tour and the coffee farm tour experience. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. the views from the property were breathtaking and the outdoor activities offered were a plus. the horseback riding tour was enjoyable and they even provided drinks for us. It was great to have Wi-Fi available and it was easy to find the property with the directions provided.
The hot tub was cold and never heated up. We were also disappointed with the limited hot water supply.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, one of the best I have ever seen. The food was delicious, especially the ceviche, which tasted really fresh. The staff was amazing and always ready to help us.
The hot water was a huge problem. We had to wait for a long time to get hot water and sometimes we had to take a cold shower.
